By using SmartEduPay, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms are binding, and continued use of the service signifies your ongoing agreement to comply.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected here, and we encourage users to regularly review them. Your continued use of SmartEduPay after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
SmartEduPay services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you meet these criteria. Users under 18 may only access services under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use the platform responsibly and provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Any misuse of the platform may lead to immediate suspension or legal action.
All intellectual property including content, branding, software, and graphics belongs to SmartEduPay or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to: unauthorized access to systems, harassment of other users, misuse of data, spreading malicious software, and engaging in any unlawful activity using SmartEduPay.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant SmartEduPay a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display it as needed to operate the service. We do not claim intellectual rights over your data but require rights to process and manage it securely.
We value your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information.
Our platform may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or services offered by third-party platforms. Users are advised to review third-party terms independently.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse. Users may also deactivate their account voluntarily via the profile settings panel.
SmartEduPay offers both free and premium services. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges as per the billing terms. All transactions are processed via secure third-party gateways.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance. You use the platform at your own risk.
SmartEduPay shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmartEduPay, Digital Kuppam, and its team from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and legal fees resulting from your use or misuse of the platform.
While we aim to maintain 99.9% uptime, occasional maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for disruptions due to system upgrades or unforeseen technical issues.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Andhra Pradesh.
In case of disputes, parties agree to first attempt resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will proceed to arbitration under Indian law.
